In 1989 the Augusta Heritage Centre in West Virginia issued an excellent vinyl album Banjo Legacy featuring a number of banjo players playing traditional music that they had learned directly from their West Virginia predecessors. The material was released in CD format in 2001 Ref AHR 024 and may be still available. This track by the recently deceased Dwight Diller is a piece that he learned from Jenes Cottrell.
In addition to the music the album sleeve features pencil portraits by Willard Gayheart of all the musicians involved.
