Polynesian Resort vs Island Tower My Thoughts | History About A Wave Machine In Seven Seas Lagoon

Today I am stopping by Disney's Polynesian Resort to compare the theming form the original resort that was built in 1971. To the new more modern DVC Island Tower that recently opened in December 2024. Along the way I will share some fun facts about the wave machine that was once operational in seven seas lagoon. Also, there is some fun rock and roll history hidden at a specific room here at the Polynesian Resort. Once we finish up at the Island Tower we are off to the Magic Kingdom to my new favorite WDW treat at Gaston's Tavern!
