Picking the right language, framework and environment for a certain project is often a Project for itself.
We will outline which aspects we think should go into choosing a certain Technology for a project. Following up with an introduction to the Laravel Framework and evaluating Laravels capabilities in each of these aspects - like scalability, performance, learning curve, community and others.

At the end of the Talk, we hope that advanced Laravel Users have gathered some good pitching points for why their company should use Laravel in the next project and newcomers with a basic understanding of the Frameworks capabilities.

Finally, we hope to have a big discussion about the aspects we chose to evaluate the capabilities of certain technology and the capabilities of Laravel as a Framework.
