Just so everyone knows: we're RENTING this place for $55,000/month and then going to buy within the next 2 years, buy our dream home down the block (in the same community). Which is why in the video towards the end, we said "We'll be doing another house tour in the next 2 years." The HOUSE is worth $10m.

We're doing what Jake & Logan did. Rent for 2 years in PR & then build your epic dream home! Can't wait to start that process. But for the time being, this is home 🙏🏾
