Depression After Psychosis | Is It Normal?

I've spoken with several people about psychosis and I've found that most have experienced a massive depression after their experience. In this video, I wanted to talk a little bit more about the depression following a psychosis, why it happens, and what we can do to cope with it. I hope it is helpful to some who may have experienced it or are experiencing it.
