Happy 4th July! In today's American themed Guide Rail special, we're crossing the ocean with steam trains, deep diving into as many times when famous locomotives have travelled from the UK to the USA (and Canada!) You've probably heard of Flying Scotsman's world-travelling tours, or the LNER A4s that live there, but sending trains to parade at world exhibitions was happening nearly a century beforehand.
