Brief video showing the cause for my Ruger SR series FTF/jamming issue. I first called in and the Ruger representative that I spoke with said there is currently no design changes in work and that it is operating as designed. I was not happy with that, so I also sent an email online. That got me somewhere and my SR9 is now being shipped free to Ruger to be repaired. I will follow up with any changes they make to fix it. Until then, as I said in the video, the "work around" is to rack the slide and release it to preset the firing pin before chambering the first round.
