Shadowlands Beta: Outlaw Rogue Changes #1 (All Currently Known Spec Changes)

Alright Shiba Squad, here it is- My first Outlaw Rogue Insight video for Shadowlands. Outlaw has had a few additions to its toolkit, and quite a few fundamental changes to some of the core abilities that make it the pistol shooting, dice rolling spec we love to hate to love. For the most part, I am content with the additions/changes that have been made to Outlaw, though I do cover all aspects of every single change that is currently in the beta. I'll be doing some follow up videos to this once more abilities are added/changed, as we are STILL missing that one mystery talent where Slice and Dice used to be. That and still no conduits or legendaries, which will play a BIG role in how effective outlaw will be in the future of Shadowlands.
