Video Tutorial to demonstration how to configure Track-It! to use Exchange Web Services with oAuth2.

This tutorial demonstrates how to create and set up an Enterprise Application in Azure Active Directory (AAD). We show you all the necessary configuration of the Enterprise Application, from setting up the manifest, capturing the Client and Tenant ID and of course generating a token (Client Secret).

Once this process has been completed, we demonstrate how to configure Track-It! with a shared mailbox account to allow incoming mail.

This tutorial has been tested and works for both 11.4 SP2 (11.4.2.77) and Track-It! 20xx.

Although some slight different configuration settings, this tutorial should also provide useful insight into setting up Enterprise Applications for other products you use that may relay on email and need to be configured with oAuth.

Configuration:

1) For Redirect URI, change the dropdown to Public client (mobile & desktop) and set the value to: urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob.

2) For Manifest in the left-hand navigation under Manage, locate the requiredResourceAccess property in the manifest, and add the following inside the square brackets ([])
