What happens with the underground becoming mainstream? As the flow arts popularity rises we inevitably have to ask what happens with subcultures becoming mainstream--what are the good parts of this happening and what are the bad parts? If we get to a point where flow arts are mainstream will it help artists or bring a lot of negative influence into our world? Poi spinning popularity and Fire spinning popularity have definitely increased in the time that I've been in the scene. What does a poi spinning mainstream or fire spinning mainstream look like?
