I called this The Waoki as it combines a tight wrist lock with an Aoki lock twist.

Conceptually, all wrist locks follow the same concepts as all ankle locks but with significantly less structural and muscular strength for the defender compared to legs.

The Waoki positions the opponent's hand similar to an Aoki (or Wojlock) foot lock. The ultimate goal isn't to get a wrist lock submission. As with most wrist locks, it gets difficult to get a tap due to control limitations especially in nogi when slippery. But the attack and lock opens significant amount of reactions for you to chain with as the video shows.

The video demonstrates the highly effective Waoki Wrist Lock technique as an immediate control option from closed guard or half guard to counter an opponent's attempt to secure an underhook, forcing them to disengage or tap to a potential submission.
