Franklin bunnyhops into high orbit

Ever wanted to zoom by the entirety of San Andreas at 1000mph with rockets and bhopping? Now you can.

Bunnyhopping, airstrafing, surfing, sharking, ABH and rocketjumping are all fully implemented.
Collision detection is still a bit wonky, meaning surfing and slow on-foot movement aren't perfect yet. (Surfing does work but you might get stuck inside walls at times)
