31 USC 3113 Private Banking

in this video I am sharing a bit of information about discharging debt, I am not giving the process in how to actually do it, but I am giving little hints like
your purchases add to the US National Debt and 31 USC 3113 says to "Gift to the USA government, so what are you going to Gift to the Government to reduce the national debt ? if your house, car etc add to the National debt.
think on this : "everything that they borrow, (corps, banks,gov etc) from us is the National Debt"
I am obligated to bring the National Debt down Right?
