This gorgeous guitar is the work of the Gibson Custom Shop and to us it represents the best combination of modern and traditional Gibson Les Paul features. Ebony fingerboard? Check! Amazing pickups that are snarling and breathing fire? Check! Figured maple with a finish that could hang in The Louvre? Check! New for 2020, this latest Les Paul from the Gibson Custom Shop does something that the typical Les Paul Custom models haven't done in year - make me more interested in it than many of the vintage recreations. We gush about it and then put it through all of its paces.
