It would appear Tesla's "competition", for lack of better word, are perhaps starting to realize that EVs might actually be popular. Or at least demand for them will be significantly higher than they initially forecast. So much so, that they are now going to increase their production targets, and investing a fortune in order to do so.

However, as these are legacy auto companies, then whenever they increase their supply of EVs, they cannablize their ICE sales, which actually is where their profits stem from, and they actually make losses on all EV sales still.

So what is going to happen when legacy autos decide to further increase their production in EVs? Where they are increasing production of a vehicle that makes a loss, whilst sacrificing their business that makes a profit. Well it can't go well for them. Let's discuss the impact it might have.
