Using an Existing Billboard to Build a Modern House in Fallout 76 CAMP Tutorial

I found a weird billboard, so I thought I would make a CAMP around it ya know as we do sometimes. I'm still new to the modern house thing but I am determined to suck less majorly at it with just a little elbow grease and dedication and pretending I know what I'm doing.
