0:25 - Recipe 1 | Peanut butter khajoor dalia
Bring milk to a boil. Add roasted dalia, jaggery powder, elaichi for flavor. Cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken. Remove in a bowl, add natural peanut butter, dates & pumpkin seeds.
1:08 - Recipe 2 | Soy millet bhurji
Soak millet for a few hours and boil with double the amount of water for 5-10 min.
In a kadhai, add mustard oil. Once heated, add cumin, green chilli & onion. While, it changes color, blend tomato, ginger and garlic to form a smooth paste. Add to kadhai. Season with salt and other spices. Cook for 5 minutes and then add washed soy granules. Add extra water, if needed. Mix well and cook till it soaks up the water. Finally, add boiled millet, mix and serve with curd.
2:15 - Recipe 3 | Spinach egg bhurji rice
In a kadhai, add oil. Once heated, add green chilli, garlic and onion. Add salt & spices. Now add spinach, 3 whole egg & 2 egg white. Keep mixing on a high flame continuously and spinach egg bhurji will be ready in a few minutes. Finally, add boiled rice. Mix and serve.
2:55 - Recipe 4 | Sattu peanut butter shake
Blend sattu, banana, flaxseed, cinnamon powder, high protein peanut butter and milk. Serve.
3:46 - Recipe 5 | Peanut chickpea chat
In a bowl, add boiled chickpea, paneer, onion, tomato, green chilli, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix honey, lemon, chat masala and kala namak to create a dressing. Spread on the chat and serve.
4:25 - Recipe 6 | Paneer soy roll
Mix ground soy granules and atta in the ration 6:4 or 7:3. Add ajwain, slowly add water to knead the dough. Make balls, roll using a belna and cook from both sides. For the filling, heat ghee in a kadhai. Once heated, add hari mirch, onion and capsicum. Season with salt and spices and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add paneer cubes, mix and cook for a few min. Add the filling to roll and enjoy.
5:32 - Recipe 7 | Millet tofu salad
Boil millet. Just like last recipe, make tofu capsicum. Add boiled millet to it and sprinkle some roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, chat masala and lemon.
