The Ergo Steel edge maintenance tool is the easy way to straighten and restore knife edges for razor-sharp performance. The Ergo Steel is an edge maintenance tool used on the production floor. Throughout the day, as a knife edge dulls, the operator simply slides the blade through the unique spring-tensioned rods of the Ergo Steel and straightens the edge in a matter of seconds. The Ergo Steel edge maintenance tool is used in place of traditional sharpening steels which are difficult to master. The Ergo Steel aligns both sides of the blade simultaneously, can be hand-held or bench mounted and works with both right and left-handed operators.
