In 2007, Scottish Sea Farms bought five existing Orkney salmon farms, adding to its 40-strong estate around Scotland's west coast and Shetland Isles. The ambition? To grow a quality of salmon befitting of the region's reputation for premium food and drink.

On the 10th anniversary of our first full year of ownership, we took a look at how our company, our communities and many far beyond have flourished in the years since.
