Demonstration by Simon Miller and Bernie Williams on May 1st 2010 at the Chimo Ryu Jiu Jitsu club at the YMCA in Oakville, ON Canada. This was during the half time intermission during a children's sparring competition.

Canadian Jiu Jitsu was founded by Shihan Ron Forrester, and is a blend of JJJ, and many other martial arts. This is a complete system where the focus is staying on your feet. This demo is only a partial representation of the system.
