Summers are even better with mangoes, and what better way to enjoy the season than with homemade Mango Ice Cream? This recipe requires no ice cream maker and only 3 simple ingredients!

Ingredients:

Dairy whipping cream (chilled, preferably 35% fat) - You can also use non-dairy whipping cream, but adjust the condensed milk accordingly.
Condensed milk (adjust amount based on whipping cream type)
Fresh mango (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Whip the chilled whipping cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the condensed milk (adjust quantity depending on your whipping cream).
3. Add the chopped mangoes and fold them into the mixture.
4. Transfer the mixture to a container and level the top. Add some extra chopped mangoes for decoration (optional).
5. Cover the container tightly with cling film, ensuring the plastic touches the surface of the ice cream to prevent air pockets.
6. Freeze for 5-6 hours.
7. Enjoy your creamy, delicious homemade Mango Ice Cream!
