Your tendonitis isn't healing because it's gone on so long it's now most likely tendinosis. What's the difference? Tendinosis is a degenerative condition of the tendon - this happens after several weeks of having 'itis', or inflammation in the tendon. After a while, you've got degenerated tissue that no longer responds to the standard anti-inflammatory techniques.

Continuing to treat tendon degeneration like an 'itis' won't help it heal!

Here's what you can do to heal your tendons:

1. Rest! Yes, you need to rest the affected area, period.

2. Strengthen the tissue. Use negative heal raises - they're simple and you can do them from home.

3. Increase blood flow to the injured area (capsaicin cream, or Chinese medicine technique known as 'gua sha'.

4. Use Ligament Restore (https://www.naturalathleteclinic.com/...) to provide all the raw materials the damaged tissue needs to repair itself.

Give it time - degenerated tendons take months to heal, but you'll get back to it eventually.
