*ingredients*

2 cups gluten free rolled oats,
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups of plant based milk
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 flax egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla

Add all ingredients into your Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.

pour batter into a preheated non stick pan. You may use a little vegan butter to the pan before pouring if you want.

Cook until little bubbles start to form and edges look dry then flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side.

Top with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
