A revisit to some memorable flash games from the 2000s to early 2010s.
In those times, I didn't own a proper gaming PC yet, so I would just stick to playing flash games, and often played them with friends at an internet cafe.

Unreal Flash (2006)
A 2D conversion of Unreal Tournament, with a really motion sickness-inducing camera and lackluster AI.

Need for Madness (2011, 2010, 2005)
A 3D car game where you race, wreck opponents and pull off radical stunts. The game is renowned for its over-the-top physics and the resulting mayhem.
The footage used is from the Need for Madness Multiplayer version, that combines NFM1 and NFM2, with multiplayer support and ability to create your own cars and tracks.
(I couldn’t get the original game to work, so I used NFMM instead)

BowMaster (2002/2005)
Defend your castle from incoming waves of enemies, using a bow as your main weapon. This game has quite a lot of depth in options and strategy, since you have many weapons and upgrades to choose from, and different enemies have weaknesses to certain attacks.
BowMaster Prelude (2007) is the sequel to this game, which I should've included in the video as well.

GunMaster Onslaught 2 (2006)
Another game from BowMaster’s creator. Test how long you can survive against endless waves of enemies. You can kill your adversaries with many creative ways, such as by dropping planes on top of them, laying explosive traps, or sending them flying with grenades. The randomly generated spawns and increasing difficulty give this one a good replay value.

Heli Attack 3 (2005)
Take down enemy helicopters before they do the same to you, with lots of powerful weapons at your disposal.

Line Rider (2006)
A sandbox game where you draw tracks for the sled guy to ride on. I remember spending hours with this game, making highly decorated and carefully planned tracks, and viewing others' amazing creations on YouTube, which was also relatively new at the time.

Endless War 3 (2007)
Simplistic top-down shooter with about four different sound effects. Demonstrating a fun glitch that allows you to combine the function of two different weapons.

Commando 2 (2008)
A fancy side-scrolling shooter in the spirit of Metal Slug.

Bloons (2007)
MyNinjaKiwi was a website where you could create your own levels for Bloons and other Ninja Kiwi games, and share them with the community. The site was abruptly closed without explanation, and so I moved over to IncrediBots.

IncrediBots 2 (2009)
My personal favorite flash game of all time, IncrediBots is a physics simulation sandbox game, where you can build complex contraptions out of basic shapes and multi-functional joints, to create just about anything. Unfortunately, official support for the game ended soon, so several fans created an open-source version of IncrediBots.
