Capsule feeding mechanism
This mechanism is used to take out the capsule from the hopper and insert it into the capsule feeding tube, and a leaf spring switch is arranged under the feeding tube. When the tube is driven by the sector gear and descends to the lower side, a set of capsules (7 capsules for 1# and 2#, and 6 (0#) are released as the switch hits the stopper. Through the operation of the capsule push plate, the capsule falling on the capsule comb is pushed forward to the U-shaped rotation position, and the capsule is pressed down by the capsule pressure head, and then the U Shape rotation (capsule body downwards, capsule cap upwards). When the capsule pressed down in this way leaves the capsule comb, a negative pressure air flow is provided on the lower side of the mold. Due to the air flow in the mold hole, the capsule is sucked into the mold. Like the die hole, there is a small shoulder to prevent the capsule cover from being fixed in the upper die. The capsule continues to slide down into the lower die hole under the influence of the vacuum function. Therefore, the ejection, U-turn and separation operations of the capsule are affected by this mechanism The cam, rocker and ratchet of the mechanism are driven by an independent continuously variable motor. The wheel rotates once, and the ratchet advances by one tooth, that is, the mold pushes the holes. At the same time, the cam drives the swing horizontally to make the sector gear rotate one round. Equipped with There is an automatic counting controller, when the mold is full of capsules, the mechanism will automatically stop. During the operation, it can be stopped manually. The speed of the machine is controlled by the knob on the dashboard, and there is a meter showing the speed on the dashboard.
