IICS | Web Service Transformation
1. This transformation helps to make a web service request and to map the web service response to a target.
2. Basically, through web service client requests to a web service to access, transform or deliver data.
3. Following steps need to perform:
1. The endpoint URL helps to get the response.
2. Administrator Service
1. Use add-on connection to add rest v2 trial
2. Create a swagger file and download the JSON file.
3. Create a new connection using REST V2 connection type and attach swagger JSON file.
3. Data Integration Service
1. Create/configure a business service and link REST V2 connection
2. Create a mapping to call web service configured so far
1. Source - dummy.txt file contains port info
2. Web service transformation - attached business service and select operation (employees)
3. Target - CSV file / Create New Runtime
