Neo-classical Theories of Management / Management Theories

In this video, we're going to be discussing Neo-classical (or neoclassical) theories of management. This theory was developed in the early 1900s and is based on the idea that markets can be controlled and managed through the actions of managers. We'll also be looking at Human Relation Theory, which is a theory based on the assumption that people are essentially caring and benign. Finally, we'll be taking a look at Behaviour Theory, which is the idea that human behaviour can be partially explained by the way that individuals perceive their environment.
