Why should you blow raspberries back at your baby? When your baby blows raspberries (or makes a sound or says a word) and you imitate them your teaching them imitation! Notice how my daughter smiles and realizes I imitated her 🥰. Imitating your child encourages your child to imitate you next time! And how do baby’s learn to talk? By imitating others!

When your child begins to imitate your sounds and words they will eventually begin to use those sounds and words on their own!

Ideally you want to be face to face with your baby but I caught this moment while taking a picture with my daughter. She can see my face on the screen though 🥰
