The Buyer is to submit the Lowest Price Guarantee claim form through the Lazada app within seventy-two (72) hours from the date/time of purchase of the Eligible Product. For instance, In the event that the Lowest Price Guarantee claim is successful in accordance to Section 4 above, Lazada shall provide Buyers with the compensation amount equivalent to 120% of the price difference between the Purchase Price on Lazada and the Comparison Price on the Compared Platform.

This Lowest Price Guarantee excludes the cost of shipping fees, and does not include user-specific vouchers, promo codes, LazCash, or LazCoins in the calculation. What this means is if you have any of these vouchers, you lower your price even more!

1. Submit a Lowest Price Guarantee Claim Form under Order Details in your Lazada app within 72 hours of purchasing the eligible item.
2. Complete the form with the necessary details, including the price you found on the compared platform, the name of the platform, and other details to back up your findings.
3. Lazada will automatically calculate the purchase price of the eligible product that you have bought.
4. Once the claim is submitted, Lazada will review the application and notify you within seven business days.
Successful claims will receive compensation equivalent to 120% of the price difference in the form of LazCash.
