There is something iconic as an Australian about Robinson helicopters. Their bubble canopies and distinctive profile is something that I know very well.

Cowan Simulations has lovingly created a highly detailed rendition of the big brother of the Robinson helicopter family and set it loose into the virtual sky with the release of the Robinson R66 Turbine for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Whilst less known than its smaller family members, the R66 serves a variety of roles with operators globally, from VIP transport to sightseeing, law enforcement and more. Cowan Simulations flexes its development muscle and demonstrates its commitment to take on board feedback to give us ever better products.

Come along for a ride through the Great Barrier Reef as I check out this release in detail from Cowan Simulations, and attempt to not get wet! Will I succeed? Or will I become fish food?
