Intelligent 3D tracking with full wireless freedom

The NimbleTrack wireless 3D scanning system is a highly compact and agile system designed to redefine 3D scanning of small-to-medium sized parts. Thanks to its powerful on-board computational power and built-in battery supply, the NimbleTrack 3D scanner and optical tracker are fully wireless, enabling next generation freedom in wireless 3D scanning.

NimbleTrack ushers in the third generation of Scantech’s 3D scanning technology featured by intelligent and wireless 3D scanning. With its wireless, target-free, precise 3D scanning and high portability, NimbleTrack revolutionizes the field to offer the ultimate 3D scanning experience for users. With its advanced technology, it can be used for vast applications to deliver efficient and reliable measurement experiences.

By freely switching multiple working modes, the NimbleTrack caters to different scanning situations. The three scanning modes enable a variety of scanning scenarios:

• 34 blue cross lasers for ultra-fast scanning
• 7 blue parallel lasers for hyperfine scanning
• 1 extra blue laser for deep hole scanning

The NimbleTrack system can be paired with the new i-Probe 500; a wireless portable CMM that can deliver flexible measurements and precisely capture high-precision 3D data of gaps, hole positions, grooves and complex surface. It can also be adapted with an auxiliary light technology to inspect holes and slots.

It is also compatible with the MSCAN-L15 photogrammetry system. Its software can import 3D point data of the markers captured by the MSCAN-L15 to reduce alignment errors and improve the accuracy of scanned data.
