We performed this huge upper lip lift WITHOUT a scar on the corner of the lip (external corner lift) because our corner lift was done INTERNALLY. Please note that there are NO INCISIONS in front of the ear that run up along the temple hairline as in the traditional facelift or Deep Plane Facelift.
