Dream Herbs: My Experience with Silene Capensis and Synaptolepis Kirkii Extract

Today I'll be sharing my experience with Silene Capensis and Synaptolepis Kirkii extract that I had a few years ago. This is the only dream herb experience I've had to date, though I may end up having more dream herb experiences later on for the sake of reviewing some for this channel.

Silene Capensis is also known as African Dream Root. Synaptolepis Kirkii is also known as Uvuma-Omhlope. I had both of them together in a blended extract so cannot comment for certain on which of them produced the more noticeable effects, however my experience was very positive and these are definitely worth looking into.
