Ms. Tanishka is also an expert in creating and administering Psychometric Tests, with her tests being sold on Amazon India. She has been invited at various schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices where she has conducted several workshops on topics related to Mental Health, employee productivity, stress management etc. She has also been actively involved with different NGO’s for carrying out social service, doing psychometric profiling for her clients and much more.
