My new Alto ZMX862 Mixer

Описание к видео My new Alto ZMX862 Mixer

I recently bought this mixer to use with my microphone for my PC. On first impressions it is a very nice looking mixer with clearly defined sections on the main faceplate, and a sloped body allowing the labels and levels of each potentiometer to be read easily.

Each channel has a 3 band EQ and aux send (mono or FX). Each channel also has a pan or balance control to vary the audio signal between the left and right channels, and a level control to adjust the volume of the signal to the main audio bus. This mixer also has pre-amps on 6 channels, 1, 2, 3/4, 5/6, but not on the auxiliary input. The pre-amps on channels 1 and 2, which have mic inputs via XLR connectors, range from 0db to +50db whereas channels 3/4 and 5/6 range from -20db to +20db. This mixer also includes a control room output which is a secondary pair of 1/4" or 6.35mm TS jack sockets as well as the main output. These can be fed to a secondary mixer and have their own independent volume control.

This mixer is great for starting off into the world of audio or if you need a small compact mixer for field use. The only issue I have is the distance between the potentiometer knobs as they can be quiet fiddly, but once set they don't need to be changed.
