Hi, we’re a family of three (3) living in a small city nestled between Edmonton and Calgary. Join us on our journey as we navigate and optimize our second-largest household expense: groceries! We hope you enjoy shopping with us as we share tips, tricks, and our personal experiences.

Our Mission:
Have you ever wondered how much more you’re paying for groceries compared to last month? That’s one of our key focuses. Through our grocery vlogs, we aim to document price changes, with the biggest one being "shrinkflation". Packaging is getting more creative and smaller by the month.

Lastly, we also share our actual grocery budget to keep ourselves accountable with our own budget and also provide some tips and tricks from our experience.

About This Grocery Vlog:
Hope everyone is doing well. Mychan has been sick for the last three weeks, so we didn’t get to work on this video until now, which is why it’s posted a bit later. This video is our grocery haul at Freshco around the first week of September. Typically, Mayu carries her, but we decided to let her walk a bit since we couldn’t go to the spray park due to wasps. This was by far the worst grocery trip ever... It reminded us why we always carry Mychan instead of letting her roam free.
