The Cambridge AXR-100 is my pick for best Hifi product under $1000 USD. It can/will be/should be, the heart of your system. It can scale up and grow with you. I have had speakers costing upwards of $5000 a pair connected to it with great results. I have had multi thousand dollar pieces of gear connected to it and the results were always fantastic. Don't let the price fool you into thinking it is just a run of the mill receiver. It is so much more than that. It is so good that a very prominent YouTube reviewer gave it their "Budget, under $1000.00 Amp of the Year" award. It is time to move up from the "FunFi" category and get a big boy system, and you can do it at a bargain price.
