Sergeant La David Johnson, one of four soldiers ambushed and killed in Niger was found with his arm tied and a gaping wound at the back of his head.

CBS News and the Washington Post say that that claim is according to two villagers who found the 25-year-old, La David Johnson’s body on October sixth. Investigators say the reports suggest Johnson may have been captured and then executed. Johnson was found nearly a mile away from the central scene of the ambush in Niger that killed him and three other US soldiers. Johnson's body was found 48 hours later.
