Chicken
Oil
Onion
Potato
Garlic & Ginger
Spices (Turmeric, Red Chili, Coriander seeds, cumin, cloves, dalchini, blackpaper, Salt)
Ghee

1. Heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger.

2. Add turmeric , chicken potato and cook with spices.

3. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
