TL;DW - Firewhistle S2 damage from ignited tiles does not stack when they overlap despite visually appearing as if the tiles stack and the description of the skill not stating they cannot stack.

This is not a bug. It is consistent with the skill's in-game wording even without stacking: "ground enemies within [ignited tiles] take 85% of Firewhistle's ATK as Arts damage per second," but that's just vague enough that my original assumption was that they stacked. Of course, over all the testing and reviewing the damage of old footage showed the opposite. I decided to test against Patriot in 7-18, and here we are. I'm not sure how many people would've noticed this, so I decided to make a video for this instead of a community post or whatever.

Do note that this video is not meant to detract from Firewhistle's performance at all. Everything I've seen her do with S2 is still as impressive as ever. This is a clarification of Firewhistle's capabilities, in case anybody else out there assumed that her S2 damage was able to stack as well. I want to represent the birds in the most accurate way possible, even if that means bringing up previously unnoticed weaknesses into the light.
