Get ready - this is a fun one! This is a fluid, deep leg and hip opening yoga class. We'll bring in movement and strength building moves to our hips and legs to warm them up, get deep into our glutes, psoas, hamstrings, and the entire leg.

This class is for you if you sit a lot, walk/run a lot, work out, are working towards the front splits or side splits, or just want more flexible hips! We’ll move through some yoga poses for hips and lower back release.

Whether you want hip opening emotional release, yoga for leg flexibility, or a safe class to dive into yoga for deep hip stretch, we’re going to breathe through it all.

It's important to note that we often hold emotions in our hips, as you may experience in our pigeon or straddle pose. This yoga class is an opportunity to be a hip opening emotional release yoga class. Let what comes up, come up without judgment.
