By this hack we can change last seen of any WhatsApp account, so try it yourself its working and play with it.
It’s a bug in WhatsApp because it’s a real time chatting Application so it has to be server/own time not local system/mobile time.
So WhatsApp developer has to check it and remove it in next update
I’m hoping that they will consider my concern as I very big problem,

Because it can be used for spoil any person's image and social life

So developers please make a very strong app that no one can find any problem.

→ Open any chat in your WhatsApp messenger
→ And now Note the time of last massage and last seen of that person
→ So here is the catch guys go to date and time settings in your mobile and uncheck auto-date and time option
→ And set the time and date what you want according to last seen after that go back to WhatsApp messenger
→ And before sending anything just turn off the internet connection
→ And send any massage and now you can the the time is automatically changed
→ And last seen also changed now delete all the massages and you can take snapshot a proof in your mobile
→ And sent to that person next day and say what are to doing so late last night and send that snapshot as a proof
→ He will also shock to see that and you can change the last seen whatever time and date you want
