Liberty Lift needed to clearly communicate the technical superiority and real-world benefits of their plunger lift system to a highly specialized audience of oilfield professionals and procurement teams. They required a video that acted as a visual spec sheet, demonstrating why their technology is field-tough, service-ready, and structurally superior.

We tackled this by developing a precise 3D animation pipeline, leveraging Liberty Lift's CAD files to build accurate subsurface and surface system models. Using Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine 5, we animated the full cycle of a plunger lift, incorporating detailed mechanical rigging for realistic downhole and surface component interactions. Our approach focused on clarity, employing a rapid prototyping process to refine motion, sequencing, and integrate data-driven UI overlays that brought complex engineering details to life, such as pressure curves, material comparisons, and flow coefficients.

The video highlights key innovations, including the patent-pending interlocking design of the downhole spring assembly for easy replacement, the all 17-4 and 17-4 titanium combination versions for maximum durability, and the ergonomic triangular handle of the lubricator for safer operation. We also showcase the durable, powder-coated pneumatic valves with higher working pressures, clearly illustrating the system's impact on optimizing production.
