Makeup tutorial for beginners

Back at it again guys with another tutorial using, as usual, P. Louise. I was feeling really blue, down, and sad so I decided to do a blue look that actually cheered me up! I absolutely LOVED how this came out. I had been DYING to use the Sapphire pigment from Peaches and Cream makeup. I will list the pigments I used below!
