How to enable Local dimming on TCL C745 TV?

Popular mainstream TCL C745 TV can show impressive contrast thanks to its full array local dimming (FALD) technology, but it is not listed under that name in picture settings. This quick video shows how to enable it.

Note: analog inputs, 3.5 mm jack and CI interface were not circled in the connectivity section - final render ended up like that, even though it was correctly done in the editing software.
