Earlier, it wasn’t quite easy to convert JPEG and PNG image files to PDF files without installing any third-party software. This requirement has been dispensed with the coming of Windows 10. Windows 10 has added the ability to convert any image file into PDF via its default photo viewing app – Windows 10 Photos App.

There’s a feature in the app – ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’ that allows you to Print to PDF natively. The .pdf file created by Microsoft Print to PDF can be opened by any app that supports this format like, FoxIt Reader, Adobe Reader, Picasa, and others. However, by default, Windows 10 opens any file with PDF format with Microsoft Edge.
