In this episode, I discuss my personal experience losing $40,000 when TerraUSD collapsed in May 2022. We analyze key details from the SEC v Do Kwon ruling that brought legal action against Terraform Labs over the depegging of UST and collapse of Luna. I clarify misunderstandings around latex files that Craig Wright's lawyer submitted as evidence in an unrelated case - while admitted, no expert confirmed these were actually the files Satoshi used to author the Bitcoin white paper.

We also analyze mining profitability data comparing Bitcoin SV to Bitcoin over time. Just last year, it was up to 25% less profitable to mine BSV instead of BTC. Currently that gap has narrowed, with BSV mining around 5% less profitable. Overall this video aims to provide useful context around the Terra collapse, the ongoing crypto legal landscape, and mining economics.
