The Perfect Buttercream Recipe

In this video I will show you how to make the buttercream that I always use for both my cupcakes and my larger cakes. The ingredients that you will need are:

12oz / 340g Icing Sugar
6oz / 170g Salted Butter
2 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of flavouring
and some food paste gel in your required colour
