Udemy Bootcamp: https://www.udemy.com/course/it-suppo... Windows Deployment Services (WDS) is a server feature that simplifies the rollout of desktop operating systems such as Windows 10 and earlier versions on new equipment without using CD or DVD media and calls for minimal user input to complete the installation.

Remote installation of a Windows operating system occurs when a WDS client boots with a network interface card that supports Preboot Execute (PXE) specification.

The client connects to the WDS server, which runs the Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) service and hosts the Windows 10 boot files and installs images.

When the network connection between the WDS client and server is successfully established, the operating system setup continues almost hands-free, with a few system prompts to complete the installation process

In this exercise, you will prepare the system requirements for a successful configuration of Windows Deployment Services.
