In this video we will review some breathing methods I teach for Sanchin Kata in Uechi-Ryu Karate. There are many styles outside of Uechi-Ryu that practice Sanchin and Sanchin breathing - and even within the Uechi-Ryu system there are many methods and philosophies on how to breath in Sanchin. These are just my baseline methods that I teach to my students. If you have another breathing method you use for Uechi-Ryu Sanchin or any other style please feel free to share.
